Everything they said it was
I purchased this refurbished laptop becaused the fourth gen Intel processor on my desktop PC prevented me from running Windows 11 which soon be the only supported personal operating system. I know that Windows 11 can be installed on machines running 4th gen processors but expect Microsoft will find a way to block that. I found this system to meet all of the listing to say it would be. I am very satisfied with the system.

Great used new laptop at a reasonable price
The laptop looked pretty much new and everything worked. I successfully completed all the hardware tests and upgraded it to Windows 11. The display is HD and very vibrant. Been primarily using it as a Plex server. It does everything I need it to do and more. The only isolated issue has been that when I run Plex Analyze process over my thousands of videos, it causes Windows to freeze and shuts down Plex.Overall very happy with the laptop.
