SADS is for real...hoping this light helps me during the dark months in NW Indiana. Only have had it a couple days but so far so good. Use it in the morning and after work. If it improves my disposition during the winter I will be pleased.

Decent light
The light itself is not 10000 lux it is 6000 but other than that discrepancy it works like it is supposed to

Meets expecttions
This lamp is very bright, compact, has a timer and I believe very effective. I have used it already 5 times in the mornings for 30 minutes each time and I think it’s slowly adjusting my circadian rhythm.All in all I’m very satisfied.
