Surprised by these we have them with is in our motor home as they are retractible, they are heavy but study when you climb up and feel safe.Easy and quick to use would recommend

Always handy to have a set of ladders and these take no space at all in the garageSturdy too.

We bought these to replace our non collapsible ladders, thinking they’d be better to store. They arrived quickly and were well packaged and with no damage.Sadly after testing them we found the novelty of them being collapsible sacrificed the sturdiness/ safety of them in use. I could feel them bending in the middle making me feel off balance and unsafe. I jumped back on our previous set and felt a lot safer, so we decided to stick with those. It was a nice idea, but an element of feeling safe has been sacrificed for ease of storage.We’ve also had an issue when attempting to return them, we went through the process of sending them back, and apparently the seller agreed to this, however the seller is not willing to cover the cost of the return and have asked that the package also be tracked (at an extra cost) as they can’t guarantee that they will be able to find the package when it arrives at their warehouse. As these ladders are very heavy the return postage will be considerable.As such we are having to keep the ladders, they will come in handy for something (low level window cleaning maybe??) so as a wrap up, if you are unsure if these ladders are for you, purchase directly from Amazon and not a third part seller (as is this listing) to ensure that if you don’t like them, you can return them at no extra cost.

Just what we were looking for, decent price, made from stainless steel, less bend/flex than the alloy ones, good product...

Great product, obviously heavier than aluminium, but is very stable and feels safe,

This is replacing an identical length, aluminium telescopic ladder that I have had for a year. It was used a dozen times and was very handy. Then this last week after I had used it, it refused to collapse completely no matter what I did. I think something had distorted inside the body, and that is despite me being 88kg so well within the weight range. Amazon were good and it was returned for a refund so I specifically bought this in stainless steel, hoping it will be a bit stronger than the aluminium. The weight difference is slight, being a little heavier, but honestly not that much. I will update this review when I've had it a few months. So far so good.
