These are pretty big cones so unless you do a lot of embroidery, you may want a smaller size. With that said, I’m switching thread brands and it’s taking a bit to get my tension correct. But this thread is top quality and has a nice sheen. Worth the switch.

This thread is great for multi needle embroidery machines.

There is embroidery thread, and there is Madeira Polyneon embroidery Thread, it beats many. I used an 5500 white spool down to the last inch, it is strong, doesn't break, fray, or anything else. Stitches beautifully. Like everything else, prices are rising, and so is this thread. This is a good deal for the basic two colors of one ea white and black. I have many other brands, and used them all, but this thread is a must have in your thread arsenal. I like how it sews, behaves, shape of spool, durability, everything about it. Sometimes I need a little different shade, but for most all, this does it well.

I've heard that headline said, but did not understand till I bought these. I've used other brands in my embroidery machine (mid grade brands) and can definitely tell the difference. Far less thread breaks. Great appearance.I definitely recommend.
