It’s a gift for my nice! She loved it

I bought this for my 2 year old that loves to scribble on everything and thought this would be great for her and salvage some of my books. Was not wrong! She loves it and it’s endless fun doodling with her.Stencils aren’t great, made of foam and doesn’t stay in one place when using them.Over all is it worth, quality wise, the original price? No. Would I buy it again? Yes. My little one enjoys it.

The stencils are thin foam and fairly pointless. Came all scrunched up and couldn't get them flat so tossed them. There are letters with images around the perimeter and that's the most fun part to get them wet and watch them appear and then dry and disappear. Very thin mat. Kept my daughters attention for about 3 days then she was over it.

Easy to set up. My 19 month old grandson loves it! It is not messy.

Overall, this mat will do what any other water mat will do, has some nice accessories, and it's on the lower end of the price range.The mat comes in a little clear backpack that my toddler was excited about when we opened the package. There are several stencils, "stamps," and four brushes that are similar to the Melissa and Doug Water Wow brushes, along with the mat.The good:The design along the edge of the mat is cute, though the seagulls at the top are strangely in a different cartoon style.The colors of the mat when very wet are vibrant and display all the colors of the rainbow. Another mat that my kids have used only had 4 colors divided into sections which made them fight over which section they got to draw in. This one is a rainbow across the mat from top to bottom and my kids didn't fight over it at all.The brushes that come with it that have a marker-like tip work really well and are fun to draw with.There are alphabet pictures along the edge of the mat that the kids can discover by painting over them.The not-so-great:The pictures are quite mislead about the size of the mat. As you can see in my first picture, it's about the right size for one kid on each side. There is no way four kids are fitting along one side like in the promo images.The "stamps" are really just pieces of craft foam in different shapes. They do NOT stamp water onto the mat. They were a really great way for my 18mo old to make a mess though.The brushes that have an actual brush tip did not work even a little.The stencils are made out of craft foam as well and will be easily torn and bent. They will be hard for my toddlers to keep flat while using them and would be more frustrating than anything. I will probably throw them away to avoid the tears.You have to get the thing quite wet for the colors to be vibrant. (This may be true of all doodle mats. I don't remember that part of the other mat we've used.)The border along the sides is pretty thick. My 18mo old had to stand on his chair and lean over the table to reach the part of the mat he could draw on. He probably would have done that anyway, so he didn't care, but it's something to note.If you're getting this mat for the extras, then move on to a different one. But the mat itself works as it should and the marker brushes make up for the craft foam stamps and stencils, in my opinion. I'm glad to have this to pull out when the kids get bored.

Very fun set! My grandson loves it and it keeps him busy for hours at a time. The best part is that he can be creative without any mess.

it wasn't as expected, I didn't like the end result … the kids didn't like it either … the drawing doesn't turn out well, the pens aren't safe for small children … the tips are hard … I didn't find a good material …👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
