Love it. Easy to set up ,easy to clean, not noisy ,beautiful modern design, very powerful mullers ice in 20 seconds can run it for more then a minute. Dose not get hot. It has variable speeds smoothly done. Holds nice. Not heavy like some reviews say. Comes with extras to and a huge beaker. Price very good considering it was £100- when it first came out on the market. Knowing what I do I would have paid more than the £30- I did. Worth every penny I’m using it 3/4 times a day had it for a few weeks and doing great can’t fault it. Highly recommended big time. Disliked the scratches on the beaker from the blender shame but I don’t care I love it. Well done

This is a great tool to have in the kitchen. I use it to wizz up my own hummus, soups. The whisk attachment is good for cake making. Only use the potato masher once, but it worked well. Mine recently broke when I was trying to chop dates and cashew nuts so was disappointed as they weren't that hard and I hadn't had it too long - plus it was quite pricey. I emailed Igenix to see if I could buy a new motor and stick blender attachment as there was nothing wrong with the other attachments and they said they had the parts in stock for a reasonable £9.99. However, while in communication with Igenix, they checked the model and batch number and told me it was still within warranty, even though I had not registered my purchase for warranty purposes. They sent me a brand new one (without the duplicate attachments) very quickly and were so helpful and curteous. I am back in business in the kitchen and very happy. Great customer service.

Love this blender! It's easy to use, powerful and handy for everyday home cooking. Have had it for a few months now and can appreciate how sturdy it feels. Plus I love the fact that the blender insert is made of metal instead of plastic, makes a difference when using it to quickly blend soups, sauces and such. A real steal for the price, would 100% recommend!

I bought this blender 3 1/2 months ago and used it almost daily to make homemade frappes, which involves blending slightly melted coffee ice cubes. And some days I would also use it for other things as well. In other words, I used it pretty hard and it did the job well until yesterday when it broke mid-use. The shaft that's inside the handle base that turns the different blades and attachments just totally shredded. Apparently, it's made of plastic and all of my use just was too much. I wasn't too happy since I had researched hand blenders before buying this one and this one had seemed to be the most reliable for lots of use and for blending things like ice cubes. And it's not exactly cheap either! So I contacted the manufacturer and long story short, they had me contact Amazon and a 1/2 hour phone call later with Amazon (in which they also connected me to the manufacturer as well), I was offered a full refund for the product. Impressive customer service! The only downside is, the blender now costs about 16 pounds more than when I originally purchased it. So if I want to buy it again, I need to pay more.

Well packaged and with good instructions. Motor unit feels solid and well built. Good mix of accessories including the potato masher - great for fluffy mash! Good size processor bowl that fits plenty into, but still ok for smaller quantities. Highly recommended

Sadly I have had to dispose of this tool after only 2 and half years of extremely light use (I live alone) adding to the huge electrical waste mountain we are creating. Indeed some of the tools I have never used. And I paid £48.30, thinking I was paying for superior quality! The plastic spindle of the motor unit has shredded and will not turn any of the tools. It seems to be a poor design, and even if it were still under warranty I would not want a replacement of this model. I would have given no stars if that were an option.

All in one machine is great. It is easy to use, change uses and clean. The motor is strong so jobs are finnished quickly. I would highly recommend this.
