Resistant, minimal, effective
This cake lifter is very handy, I used for both pizza and cakes, a very good value considering the price. If you don't have a dough cutter it is that rigid that you can use it to cut the dough. Is very easy to clean, the quality of the material is very good so it does not bend when you lift it with a cake. The handle is comfortable and allows you to move it firmly. I like the whole simplicity of the product, the minimal but effective thing. I felt very professional when I put the pizza in the oven with it.

Not very good
Struggled to slide this between the cake tin and the cake without breaking the cake, so a bit disappointed with that. Quite flimsy, but you need some flexibility for it to work. I found the ‘handle’ difficult to use. Overall I don’t think I can recommend this product

Makes life easier
Sprinkle a bit of semolina on it before you put your dough on it and it’ll slide off easily onto your stone.

Wooden ones are the best
Well I primary bought it for pizza and is a real disappointment, the dough always sticks even tho I used a lots of flour on it, if u wanna buy it for cakes use well I’m not sure it can handle heavy cakes but if u want it for pizza definitely go for wooden one

Well designed and practical
I bought this for bread making but it’s a very useful and versatile implement to have in the kitchen. Not the prettiest object but very functional.

I have bought for making pizzas. But not used yet. Seems tk be ideal for purpose.

Not an efficient design
Not the best design, the handle makes it very difficult to get a good grip, you end up needing to use both hands to support the base.
