Ordered the product the first time and the screen is not connected. Neither did it work just kept changing colours.Then had the product replaced. The second one came and the same story. In fact, this time it was even worse. The frame was also lose.Hopeless product, hopeless quality do not buy

Just received the product so may be too early to write a product review. However, I checked the product video and realized that I did not receive the 1) metal stand and the 2) USB to type C cable

The media could not be loaded. The monitor is actually great and has awesome picture quality and speaker and quite loud and the brightness of the screen is good overall the product is awesome worth to buy.
