Great Range
When I looked at my cable bill and realized I was being charged $20 extra a month for local channels I decided I was done paying. My sister recommended that we try an antenna to see what stations we could get. My husband is a huge football fan so I was really hoping this would pick up most of our local channels. My husband was able to set this up and get it working within about 20 minutes. We get over 20 channels with this thing, including all of our local channels that we used to pay $20 dollars a month for. My husband is completely satisfied with this antenna and so am I. I got it at a great price on Black Friday so I can’t really complain. It does it’s job and the picture quality is spectacular. I highly recommend this.

Didn't work for me
Product looked good and was well priced. My TV only got 2 channels during scan and when trying to view them they didn't work. Only used this antenna indoors. I repositioned the antenna all over the room. Scanned 20-30 times and no luck. I ended up returning this product.

2 Things It Would've Been Nice to Know Before Purchase
1. "Mobile homes with metal roofs and/or awnings will not benefit from this antenna." My mobile home has an attached carport with a metal roof. Maybe that's why I get no channels?2. If your HDTV does not have a spare USB port you'll need a 5V/500mA power adapter. My TV only has one USB port, which is already in use. Had to borrow my iPhone charger to set up antenna.I'm in a rural area of Texas: 90 miles from Houston, 110 from San Antonio & 80 from Austin. The only channels I got (for a short time) were from Austin. Even amplified, this antenna fell far short of the max 350-mile range it claims. One more note: When I first hooked up the antenna and scanned for channels I got 22, of which 5 got decent reception. In an effort to get more channels/better reception, I undid the rat's nest of wire and extended it to full length so I could move it around, after which I have been unable to get ANY channels (even when the antenna is placed in the exact location & orientation as the original scan).

Wonderful Product
Easy to set up. Rescan of channels is up to your tv. My scan brought in 41 channels. Clarity of images on tv is excellent. So far this is great. I’m thinking about replacing my old antennas with these. Don’t watch that video of that woman. Left me with questions. The USB is not for other devices. It’s to power the inline booster. I connect it to the empty USB port on my tv and the coaxial connection to the antenna port. Easy, fast. This works great.

Just ok. Not much better than a piece of wire
This is a very basic antenna that doesn't work much better than just hanging a wire on the wall. It's "powered", but that doesn't seem to matter much and adds yet-another cord to plug in. This antenna isn't terrible, but it's not a good value. If you are looking for an indoor antenna that works as well as an outdoor one, this isn't it. I could not pick up any 4k signals at all and only one 1080, which was 15 miles away. Anything beyond about 25 miles was undetectable, even with the power on High.

Finally an HD antenna that really works great!!
I tried so many HD antennas that could not pull a good signal without moving the antenna far away from the TV or close to a window. This antenna works awesome and I have it placed behind the cabinet the TV sits on, standing on the floor, so no one can see it, and it's pulling down all channels really well on the long-range setting. When you first plug it in give it 3-5 mins as it took a bit to warm up and gather all of the channels.

Doesn't do the job
Don't expect this to work with an Amazon FIre TV 4K--it doesn't. I scan for local channels, get the report that there are 11 of them, but I can find them NOWHERE in any of the FIre TV menus. Good luck getting useful product support. Your options are !. get lost in the user forum maze of mostly unanswered questions 2. try simplistic website instructions that don't work, or 3. chat with someone in India who is no more help than options 1 and 2. This will be my last technology purchase from Amazon.
