5 YEAR LATER UPDATE! The last picture you see with the white cabinets is 5 years later and you can see it still looks beautiful. I’ve had no issues at all! What’s the trick? Make sure you fluff the tree!!Original review below!!!Absolutely Amazing! The tree is stunning. It looks like a tree you'd see in Macy's or Nordstrom. Let me first say....WATCH THEIR VIDEO FIRST!! That way you'll see how to setup and "fluff" the tree. Otherwise if you don't you'll be extremely disappointed with the way it looks right out of the box. My wife and I bought the 10ft tree for 541.00 with free shipping. The same tree is 1000.99 at Home Depot online! I've seen a lot lesser trees go for 500.00 that were 7ft. tall and not nearly as nice.It arrived in a beat up box by ups,but everything inside was intact. It weighs 148.LBS,so be ready!After about two ours of setup and fluffing it looks absolutely amazing! I can't say enough to how happy we are. It's a deep green that looks real. We'll have years and years of enjoyment from this tree. Not to mention,what a relief that the lights are all built in! What a time saver :)Buy the tree! You won't be disappointed!

The media could not be loaded.  The tree looks NOTHING like the picture. As you can see in the picture, there are HUGE gaps along the bottom half. I contacted National Tree and they were completely unhelpful and unorofessional. The customer service rep responded “YOU HAVE TO FLUFF THE BRANCHES”. (Yes, in all CAPS). I responded back and asked if they accidentally used all caps or were they yelling at me? They replied “IT WAS AN ACCIDENT LOL”. Very professional. When I attempted to fluff as instructed and it still didnt work, I wrote again and received NO response. I would give this tree zero stars if I could. (This is the first bad review I have ever written, by the way, so I’m not a chronoc complainer).

Hands down the absolute worst purchase I’ve ever made. Most of the lights that are on the tree are so poorly strung they are practically falling off in places. Entire sections don’t work. A piece of the tree literally fell off in my hand when I was trying to salvage what I could of this disaster. It will barely stay upright. Branches are flimsy and even when fluffed leave huge gaps everywhere. Some around the bottom hang so low they nearly scrape the floor. To say the quality of this item is poor would be an insult to poor quality items everywhere. The tree I had that this one was supposed to replace cost half the money, lasted 5 years, and looked a lot nicer. This one didn’t even make it out of the box in even remotely decent condition. Complete waste of money.I chose this tree due to good reviews related to product quality and service. What a joke.As an extra bonus, the seller has refused to stand behind this piece of junk.*Quick update to add that after months of seeking a resolution due to the seller’s complete lack of integrity, I’ve found out the hard way that Amazon’s A-Z guarantee is no guarantee at all. Additionally, the manufacturer, National Tree Company, has also been completely unresponsive after multiple attempts to reach them. They apparently have no intention of honoring the warranty claimed in this product’s description.Run far and fast from National Tree Company and their products, and don’t count on Amazon to follow through on their guarantee. They won’t. My advice is never purchase anything from a third-party seller on Amazon. I know I never will again.

After seeing the many positive reviews, my husband and I decided to get the half foot smaller tree that was pre-lit by this brand. Upon putting it together (which was pretty straightforward and the stand was surprisingly nice) we learned that the 4 foot tree had three different strings of lights that did not plug into each other. We thought we surely were missing something, but upon further investigation saw that we indeed had to use an extension cord to plug each individual strand into for the whole tree to light up. This doesn't sound like the worst thing in the world, but it would mean that an extension cord would need to be threaded up the tree to reach the top string of lights as well as purchasing a cord that wouldn't be horribly obvious. It is also important to note that there are plenty of other artificial trees in the same price point that do not have this flaw and easily have the strands plug together and use only one plug to go into an outlet.This was an odd quirk with this purchase and something I didn't even know was done because in all my time putting together these kinds of trees I have never seen this technique before.It is also important to note that while the tree did not look bad, it was no where near as full as the images would lead you to believe. This also isn't shocking, but I wanted to let other potential buyers know.

This tree is very thin and would not hold even half of my ornaments. Does not look anything like the picture shown on the left.

Love the height and fullness of the tree. The delivery was not great as the tree came in two separate boxes shipped 3 weeks apart from one another. Also when we assembled the tree the top sections lights didn’t work as the electrical plug was damaged. There wasn’t time to return .

It arrived on time. The size and fullness of the tree is amazing. I love it so so much.
