Latest hobby, fantastically quick dispatch from balihoo so no worries there. Kit unfortunatly does not contain the stickers for the bottles which it states on the box, which is a pain if you are brewing more than one product.

Lovely wine
Took about 10 days to make overall, due to fluctuations in room temperature (this is noted in the instructions) a smooth, dry wine with a slight sweet finish. I got about 13% abv

Ok to practice with
Once finished, wine tasted too sweet to be a Sav Blanc. Also you only get 5 bottles of wine out of it.
