High quality, great product

I'm really pleased with this product. Previously I had made my own by taping two lacrosse balls together and I'm pleased to say that this is a big improvement! Great for getting right back and sounder muscles in order!The product itself seems great quality. It's the same consistency as lacrosse balls so nice and firm and the connection between the two halves seems secure and durable.The only reason it gets 4 and not 5 is the price. It wound be nice if it was a little cheaper. All in all though, I'm happy.

I'm having problems with my lower back, as my upper back is so stiff from poor posture. This tool has been a great for helping me to mobilise my upper spine. I lie back on it carefully (feet flat on the floor) holding my stomach muscles to prevent me from arching my lower back, and it really helps to work each section of my thoracic spine. Once you release one part of your spine you just move it up one vertebrae at a time loosing things off. I would recommend this for anyone who sits at a desk all day. Good product, however I feel as though this is expensive for what could be achieved by taping two hockey balls together.

excellent quality, really works and gets those muscles thatare hard to reach. Can take a lot of pressure and anti slip - perfect.

Wir hatten vorher nur die Bälle von Triggerpoint und diese sind wirklich sehr hart und näher im Säckchen aneinander. Für meine Kunden, Personal Trainer, sind diese für den Anfang besser geeignet.

Der Ball ist sehr stabil, gut verarbeitet und tut seinen zweck.Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der Geruch beim Auspacken: Er riecht ziemlich chemisch und giftig, habe ihn erstmal 2 Tage auf den Balkon zum Lüften gelegt.
