Excellent knives
After going to a restaurant and seeing these knives for years, I decided as a steak lover I'd buy a couple - I mean if they stood up to restaurant usage levels, they'll last me a life time.I will say they aren't the exact model the restaurant uses, but they are close enough in look/feel, and after a few months of use they have shown no signs of rust from the dishwasher, and are still sharp enough to cut any/all steak.
