Q: The box wasnt sealed ? Is this normal ?

No every box I’ve ever had has been closed. I’d return them for hygiene reasons!

Q: Can you re-use them? If not why not?

The instructions say they are good for a return journey. They advise not to reuse any more than this for hygiene reasons.

Q: After a recent flight I was left almost completely deaf in one ear and reduced hearing in the other. Lasted 6 weeks. Will plugs help?

had the same problem as you but mine didn't last as long ,found using earplane plugs as instructed completely cured my problem, really worth a try,good luck.

Q: Does it not hurt all of a sudden when you remove the earplugs after the cabin door is open?

Myself or my children did not experience this however cabin pressure affect people differently.
