I was a little hesitant to order this, but so glad I did. It's huge, but comes in a nice carry bag with handles, so it's easy to put away when not in use. It looks very well made - no wonky seams or stitching anywhere that I can see. The best part is it WORKS. Nothing can match an actual massage therapist, but this comes pretty close (and you don't have to worry about somebody trying to upsell you a membership when you're finished with your session). I'm 5' 6", and I found the lower back massage to be a bit intense because it seems to press right on my tail bone, but using the included pad helps to buffer that - husband is 6' 3" and he says it's perfect for him, so it clearly depends on your height and where your parts lie on it. Heating pad is awesome - wish I had a way to take it off and use it separately as it's much better than the one I have. I've used it both on the floor and laying on my bed and found it equally comfortable/effective in both places. If you have a hard time getting down on the floor and/or back up again, I'd recommend using it on the bed or couch if you have one long enough. I sit at a desk all day and usually have a fair amount of tension in my upper back and this works it out nicely, so I plan on using it quite a bit.

The item is lightweight and very nice. You can lie on top of it comfortably. The back rollers are only a short track and didn't cover my whole back. I have a snailax 296 that I like better and has a longer track to cover more muscles! This DID have a lot of vibrating motors, but I need the shiatsu rollers only. Returned.* I did have to show an email w/ a code to accept the box when delivered. You have to get the box handed to you, not dropped off at the house.

I had tried several chair massagers and wasn’t getting the experience I wished. After reading about this product and reading reviews for this mattress massager, I decided to try it. It is exactly as promised. I’ve tried it on my bed and on the floor, I prefer the floor. I must move up or down on the mat for a better massage, but I always find my ‘sweet spot’. Since this item is rather large, I keep it in a spare room ready to use. I have used it daily since I received it, and will continue to do so. It costs about 2 1/2x a regular massage, so it’s already paid for itself. As I am rehabbing after surgeries, a massage is most helpful after PT and gym work outs. I am sleeping better due to the frequency of the massages.

Original review below, updated 11/21/22: So I used this maybe 6 times since I got it a couple of months ago and today when I turn it on it works fine until I press the Heat button. Then the unit just shuts off. This is really a terrible quality item. Typically, one star reviews tend to result in a message from the seller offering some type of assistance but I have received nothing so I'm stuck with this very expensive broken product.---You get a heating pad with this cushion. It's a separate item from the massage "mattress" as they call it and has its own power plug that plugs into the mattress and draws power from the mattress's wall plug. It's advertised as being able to be moved and used on any part of the body despite most images showing it under the legs. A reviewer of this product indicated that they could use the heating pad by itself. The point of the product is all the different modes so you can have only heat/massage on your back, legs, thighs, etc.But you can't. Unless the shiatsu massage is on, the Heat button will not work. But wait, most of the images show the heating pad under the person's legs so why would you need the shiatsu back massager on to use it? I have no idea. They are two completely separate parts of the product and if you need heat and vibration on your legs, you should not have to have the back massager turned on. That's just a terrible design.I thought I could lay on this and have either the shiatsu going, or if I needed heat on my back, or anywhere else, I could use it like a regular heating pad while having the desired section vibrating. It doesn't work. As soon as you turn off the shiatsu on the remote control, the Heat button no longer works. With the unit powered off, pressing the Heat button does nothing. This really limits the use of the heating pad and the heating pad is a huge part of why I purchased this item.

After a long day coming home and relaxing on this is awesome. It does the job.

Crowded space and bad balance. 😔 And a lot of pain. Stepped on it by accident shortly after I got it. And it broke. I hadn't needed to use it and I didn't realize. Expensive mistake. 😣 Be careful. I loved this tbr couple of times I got to use it. Pulled it out today and that had done it in. Otherwise. It is good.

I love this massage bed. The most part that I enjoy is the roller portion. I put the heating pad under my back and I still can feel the powerful roller slowly up and down from my shoulders to lower back. It’s so comfortable and makes me easy to fall asleep. It would be perfect If their heating pad can be the same length as the massage bed. (I’m thinking to buy one more heating pad for legs). The shipping was fast. And the product is easy to assemble.

Great from head to toe. Durable for heavy weight and love the detachable parts. Can’t help my daughter off it. Is not for deep pain but can real easy pains from a long day
