PYGMY LAMP BULB 25 WATT SES CAP E14 OVEN LAMP 300*C [Energy Class E]

This bulb created foul, toxic fumes. The stink filled my home and I had to open all the windows to clear out the headache-inducing stench. I didn't realise what was causing the fumes at first, and thought some plastic had somehow melted inside oven, but after a couple of uses after I had inserted the bulb I thought it might be that, so removed it once the oven was cold again and the fumes stopped. The bulb itself wasn't melted, so am guessing it is something it is coated in?

This oven lamp lasted 4 days and then blew - even though they are cheap I would have expected it to last a bit longer than this - adter all the original lasted 4 years - what more can I say about a bulb. Personally next time I will buy something more expensive.

hopeless lasted 1 week, eventually bought same product (2) for less at a local supermarket. not recommend ,buy elsewhere. useless
