Extremely tasty sauce with a medium heat that carries a little smoke, but mostly apple and chilli sweetness. Great on toast, great on pork, great by itself, this is a really versatile sauce. We plan to use it as a glaze for pigs in blankets this year.Only took off a star here as the jar does not close tightly, and on pulling off the seal I managed to get the sauce on my hands and face due to some leakage on the plastic flicking off. Not OK for a product containing hot peppers.

Wow! This is the best hot sauce I have ever tasted; it tastes exactly as you would expect with smoky chipotle peppers and slightly sweet, crisp apples.It’s not full of heat so you don’t have to worry about getting too much on your food but you will definitely want to go back for more once you have tried it. It’s thick so it’s a very versatile hot sauce that can be used as a dip as well as stirred into whatever you usually add dollops of hot sauce to.Once opened it should be refrigerated and used within 4 months but mine will be lucky to last 4 weeks as I’m putting it on everything and loving it.Very highly recommended.
