Used as an adapter for mobile to DECT phone headset
I recently bought a headset for a DECT home phone which has a 2.5mm male plug. I subsequently found out that I could have bought a version with an adaptor to use with my mobile phone. I took a chance on this and it appears to do the job, can use the headset on either phone now, no need to have two headsets.

It works.
I bought this cable to connect a headset with small jack to the standard audio jack of my PC.I can confirm that it works for both audio and micro, as my headset has a micro and I used it for telephone calls.

Bon produit, à part le diamètre externe de la partie jack est un peu gros (ça aurrait été mieux pour moi d'avoir un tout petit diamètre pour mon utilisation), si non RAS.
