I bought two of these for a 50th wedding anniversary. They are a fantastic idea, and the quality overall is acceptable for the price., however:1. Personalisation would appear to be limited to changing the name/date (I had also asked for the words 'the sofa' to be replaced with the word 'life' (because the recipients don't actually have a sofa), but this didn't happen and so I assume that it wasn't actually possible;2. It's definitely not worth paying the extra offered at checkout for 'expedited postage' (I paid an additional £10 for 'next day delivery'... I finally received the product six days later because it was sent 'standard second class');3. It is made reasonably clear in the 'additional info' but to clarify - you will need to buy the actual cushions separately (this purchase is just for the cushion covers).

You know those funny photos you've seen when an iced cake has had the whole message instruction inscribed on it? That's what happened here. Asked them to use the caption illustrated and let them know the date, they failed to follow the instruction and instead printed the instruction on the cushion cover. Utterly incompetent, waste of time, spoiled what was a light-hearted jokey gift. It's in the bin.

This was a present for a 40th wedding anniversary. I had searched quite extensively for a suitable gift and settled for this as something quite original. The cushions arrived very quickly considering they had to be personalised. They are attractive and seem well made. My only slight criticism is that the inner cushion is rather light and flimsy and may need replacing at some time. However, some cushions I viewed offered only the covers, no inner at all, so I’d have had to buy them separately anyway.Overall I am very satisfied.

Absolute awful! Not only have you got the order wrong first time round, but you have done it again on the second! Who conducts the final QC on the items as I am pretty sure no one does! You can't even place the printed text centrally and square on the cushion on both items!! Someone needs to check spellings and punctuation as you got this wrong too, twice!! Item is not the colour shown in listing photos as I received a white one. Communication was poor and no I do not want 50% off my next order as I will never use you again! Rubbish!

didnt know what to expect when ordering the cushion that is going to be personlised,but i was not disappointed it had exactly what i wanted printed on the front,i was really pleased that it was clear and stood out black against the beige colour. good value for money lovely and thick material, i had one done in january but with a different company but they were out of stock or no longer available so came across this one, so well done imrans gift shop.

Good looking cushion, good communication from the seller about getting the printing done, delivered quickly, gave 4 stars as the printing is slightly smaller than in the pic and had I known I would have chosen to add another line of text but otherwise happy and would buy again.

One of several small gifts for my inlaws special wedding anniversary. Good value for money. As each one carries the persons name we were pleasantly surprised how quickly it arrived.

My Wife was very surprised to receive her cushion cover and I’d bought a new cushion to go inside she loves it i thought when i saw it that it’s something a bit different to get her for our 41st Wedding Anniversary great quality item as well highly recommend this one.
