Super helpful for my dog's mobilitt issues
Bought a version of this harness a few years ago when my dog suffered from vestibular dysfunction; it was very helpful in taking her on walks and keeping her straight and aligned. Now she's a bit older, has lost most of her vision, and her legs are starting to give out on her so bought another harness to get her going on her daily walks. She's a 15lb miniature pinscher, so a smaller dog, which leads to the one flaw - the straps are simply not long enough for a small dog so low to the ground. I have to keep my arm fully extended and clenched to walk her and it's not the most comfortable position. If the straps were just a few inches longer - especially since this size is made for smaller dogs that'll be be much sorter - it'd be considerably more comfortable.

Not all dogs have a large chest
I don't like making a negative comment here because this seems like a sturdy, well constructed device. But I have an issue with my specific dog that I need help with and the instructions in the package said if I had an issue I should contact the company through Amazon. Well their "Seller Messaging Assistant" isn't working so I have to do it here. This harness fits my dog well everywhere except the front, which bulges out so much his little face disappears into it. I have to pin it down and that's not working so well. Not every dog has a big chest. I don't want to return this harness because the rest of it is very good. But I don't know what to do with the HUGE gap in the front. If anyone from the company checks comments I hope I will hear from you.

Vet complimented this fancy sling
I ordered this sling in a panic mode just a day before my dog's surgery for her torn cruciate ligament. Too bad, I don't have a better pic- we were in no state to take pics! This has been a real life saver for me and my pup. The vet's entire team kept mentioning so many times that this sling is better than the basic type sling which they typically provide. We were able to support her hind legs very well with his sling until she became fully confident and consistently weight-bearing on all fours. She is now fully recovered and bearing weight on the surgery leg- all thanks to the support offered by this sling. It took a little extra effort to put on and off, but totally totally worth the extra effort. I'm so thankful for this product. God bless whoever made this. My dog is a 28lb decker rat terrier and she fit very snugly in size 's' sling. It was more like a thunder shirt. Tried medium but it was too large. Hope this helps. The belly part has velcros, so it is easy to adjust for slightly tight/loose fit as preferred.

Nice sling to help my 20-23 lb 15 year old dachsund
About six months ago, my dog was wagging and greeting people coming into the house and suddenly his two back legs collapsed and he could no longer walk like he normally did. He forced himself up and was moving in a modified way, not at all like he normally did—which astonished the people who were visiting me. My dog rose to the occasion, and for the next few months was making the best of the situation kind of rehabilitating himself walking around and perfecting his gait to be less awkward. I’m amazed at his resilience and his determination to walk again in a similar fashion to previously. That’s where we are right now, but I somehow am anticipating that as he gets even older than 15 years, he might need a little Sling to help me help him walk to get out to the front porch to take care of his personal needs in the bushes. I bought this in anticipation of future problems since I am not able to carry him outside myself so I want this contraption to be standing by in case my fabulous dog needs some extra help getting out to the bushes in the future, i’ll be instantly ready. We are not going to use it until his self taught physical therapy might fail to meet his future needs, In which case we are ready! I do not want to order this contraption after my dog already has a need, because even wonderful overnight Amazon service would cause him to be immobile for a period of overnight, which would be burdensome for him and unnecessary when I can have a sling standing by for him.
