Can I use this for my Mountain Bike Disks?

have a look at the link and if it falls in the correct category i do not see why you cannot. Dot 5.1 is a bit overkill. The link is :http://www.epicbleedsolutions.com/blog/5-mistakes-to-avoid-when-bleeding-mountain-bike-brakes/ (disclaimer: always refer to your manufacturer)

what break fluid should i use in my 2014 bmw 320d m sport touring

BMW uses dot 4 brake fluid in BMW 320D's. Any DOT4 brake fluid will be okay, however this particular dot 5.1 fluid is relaively low quality, and many dot 4 fluids outperform it even when old. Contact BMW or use a BMW forum to ensure that you end up with a high quality brake fluid that is applicable to your use case.

Can I use this to replace dot 4 that is currently in my focus mk2?

Yes dot 5.1 can be used with both dot 3 and dot 4 brake fluid so it is fine to mix or use instead.
