Too Jittery
I've had it for a while now and every time I've used it for shots up close the video comes out extremely jittery. I own 3 other sliders and none of them have this issue. I'm guess either something is wrong with mine or it's just the nature of a slider of this length... all my other sliders are a bit shorter but produce better results. When using this slider where there is distance between the camera and subject the video looks pretty good but when I use the slider for closeup product shots the video is way too jittery to use.I hope someone is reading this and can respond with a solution that I can try to get this working better.Disappointed.

It does the job.
It holds pretty well. Worked for me for three hours of filming. My main concern is that joints where it extends made out of plastic clamps. I don’t know if it will hold for a long time. Ok so far.

One man crew-
I use this with my crane 3s.Full crew in a bag.Can be different at first but not difficult. I have a camera build of about 18-19 pounds and it’s perfectly smooth.Only one complaint, the app should be in the native language of the users.

What a steal!
For $400 this slider is amazing!Pro- Carbon fiber rails provide durable support for your camera and gear.- The motor creates smooth motion in almost any scenario- You can connect a gimbal and use both combined to create more unique movement- The whole setup is very light. other than the length of the beams it's very portable.Cons- Minor noise when in use above 50% power.- There are no extra mounting screws so don't lose the ones they give you.- Lastly, the use of the box is somewhat difficult. I found myself resorting to the app because of its ease of use.

Extremely difficult to use
Unless you are following written directions the entire time you are using it, you will never get it running. Attempting to set the A and B points feels as if someone is playing a cruel and time consuming trick on the user. If I had this to do all over again, I would have absolutely gone with a different company. The interface is that unusable.Update: Upon further use, it only gets worse. There is a grinding/vibration that happens when the slider gets to about mid-track which is very visible in the image. I am baffled how they thought this was a good design. And after several months of use, the interface is still completely unusable. Whoever designed the interface should never, ever design interfaces. This is not a good slider. Period.

Extremely weak and falls apart
During first use, BOTH arms fell apart. BOTH. Seriously. These things are absolute garbage. I have had such a bad time with this company's products that I become nauseated thinking about how much money I spent when I look at them. Their slider is terrible and these horrible, nonfunctional arms are the icing on the cake.

Amazing!
I have been looking for a motorised slider for a while and I finally decided on this one and I am glad I did. This hotdog slider is durable and lightweight. Assemble is very easy. It comes with a carry case and the delivery was fast. The motor is quiet and on 100% is reasonably quiet and usable, not unless you or your subject is really sensitive with noise! The footage out of this is buttery smooth. The ability to change the angle gives you tons of options for creativity. This is perfect for b rolls, corporate works or interviews, talking head shots, etc. it is definitely worth investing in a sturdy and reliable motorised slider like this especially if you shoot on your own as the added motion definitely adds a lot of interests in your shots. The app is straight forward and is working and as shown, I was able to pair my weebill-s. I definitely need to play around the slider and gimbal integration to see it’s full potential. 2 things to consider when choosing this motorised is that sadly, it does not come with a charger. Thankfully I have an existing charger compatible that I use for my studio lights. The ball head attachment is also not included, I also have an existing one from another slider. Overall, I am happy with the hotdog motorised slider. It’s good value for money for me because of it’s great build, ability to integrate a gimbal and to shoot vertically. Tons of ways to get creative with this one especially I am a solo shooter.

Great product, horrendous product support
I'm sure this is a great product, but the unit was delivered with a defect, I couldn't charge the battery.Despite my best efforts the numerous emails I sent to the manufacturer have all gone by unanswered.I obviously can't keep it, not if I can't charge it, so, back it goes..I'll probably get the GVM model..seems pretty decent..A pity really, as this slider seemed fantastic..that is if YouTube is to be believed.

As disappointing as it is promising!
So I received my slider but unfortunately there is no charger included in the kit so the only way to run it is with a long USB C cable connected to a power socket. The app to control the slider works but lacks attention to detail with a poor user interface and some screens can only be exited by restarting the app. This thing is going back as quickly as it arrived.

That if you have any problems, you can get them solved not like GVM
I am new to this game, but found it very easy to operate

No Stabiliser
The Slider is fine but it does not come with the RONIN-S/RS 2 Stabilizer.. yet it is in the description, name and every image, please fix this so people are not mislead.
