Amazing product, couldn’t live without now
I spend a lot of time on the phone and these have transformed the experience for me!I can hear everyone clearly, they can hear me great too. The good range of the Bluetooth means I can chat anywhere in my home. Answering when you put the headset on is brilliant, as is hanging up when you take off. I can sometimes have them on for hours and no issue whatsoever as they fit comfortably.Just an amazing product and couldn’t live without it now and my review comes from already over 100 hours of use.The stand is also a nice touch for leaving them on charge as much easier than plugging in each time.

Excellent wireless headset with a couple of small things to be aware of
Overall this is a great product, and I agree with what the other reviewers have said. There are couple of small things to be aware of - but I don't think they're serious enough to deduct any stars.First, the earphones are of the "closed-back" type, meaning they make an airtight seal over your ears. I can see why this was done - to help block out external noise, and improve the "noise-cancelling" feature (although they only block out external noise to a limited degree). However closed-back earphones have the side-effect of amplifying internal noises transmitted directly through the body - so for example when I walk around, my footsteps make a loud "thump, thump" noise. I can even hear my own heartbeat when I put the headset on in a silent room! The overall effect can feel a little claustrophobic, like being in your own private padded cell. Come to think of it, some conference calls evoke being in a padded cell anyway - but that's a separate issue! Physically, I find closed-back earphones can get slightly uncomfortable after very long periods of time - but at least with this headset, I don't feel like my head is clamped in a vice. As closed-back headphones go, they're pretty comfortable.Ironically, as I'm mostly working from home, I'm in a very quiet environment anyway - and the sole reason I got a *wireless* headset is to be able to leave my desk and walk around. So the closed-back design has no real benefits for me, only downsides. It's a shame Plantronics don't make an "open-back" version of this headset, for people who want all the other features of without the closed-back earphone design. Their Blackwire range are all open-back using simple foam earpads that don't make an airtight seal - but none of those models appear to be wireless. The second niggle is that switching mute on or off, and turning the audio volume to its maximum or minimum, causes voice alerts saying "Mute On", "Mute Off", "Volume Maximum" and "Volume Minimum" respectively. The mute alerts are accompanied by loud and unnecessary bleeps. If I had the option to make these alerts both shorter and quieter, I would - but there is no option to do that. Using the Plantronics Hub application, it's possible to turn off ONE of the voice alerts ("Mute Off") - but not other three. And the bleeps remain for both Mute On and Mute Off. Because the bleeps are sinusoidal in nature, all the energy is concentrated into one frequency, which can cause ear fatigue. And the voice alerts are about a second in duration, which masks what people are saying in a conference call unnecessarily. In complex interactive conference calls you need to mute / un-mute many times, and this can become slightly annoying. Ideally, the alerts would be less intrusive. In my humble opinion, Plantronics should work with a sound designer to come up with appealing, soft and subtle sounds for the alerts - similar to what Apple did with System Sounds in macOS. And they should also allow the user to adjust the volume of the alerts.Neither of these issues are showstoppers, and in general this is a really excellent wireless headset.

Good sound and mobility at moderate price
Relatively fast delivery, given the COVID situation. Excellent packaging. Sleek. Compact. Relatively easy connection to multiple devices. Hard to find the bluetooth button and figure out how to charge without instructions, had to ask a colleague who's using the same model. Light but quite sturdy. Comfortable on the ears. Excellent sound, dolby effect. Does not block the sound around. Has a case, portable. Very pleased

Great piece of kit
I cannot say anything negative about the headset, just what I've wanted for years. I'm in calls for 10 hours each day and no issues with anything plus they reduce noise from in home e.g. dogs barking etc.

Brilliant bit of kit
cant fault this headset so far after having their earpieces for driving I find this so much better as it cannot fall out your ear and people can hear me much more clearly and I can play my music through it and battery so far is lasting me around 12 hours and thats with me on it most of the day

Fairly decent bluetooth headset but expensive and not very robust
I bought this headset for work as I spend a lot of time on Skype. The headset was easy to set up and the audio quality is good enough for voice calls. I have found that the headset isn't particularly comfortable over longer periods of wearing as the padded sections sit on my ears rather than over them. One side of the headset has just snapped while I was adjusting them. Not sure what has caused the plastic to break but I guess they're not as durable as they should be considering the high price.Update August 2020 : Still working but held together with Araldite and insulation tape. The plastic used in the headset band has literally fallen apart.
