This is the best maple syrup ever. We had been used to other inferior syrups but will never go back to the other stuff again. Canadian syrup is the only syrup to eat.

High quality and amazing for desserts and cocktails. A little too intense for pancakes. Would use it for high end dessert recipes.

We did a test at home, see pic, of 3 brands. and we really like this. But we prefer Coombs Family Farms Maple Syrup overall.The Coombs Family Farms Maple Syrup is more flavorful than the Whole Foods 365 brand, and has a good maple flavor we all thought was top notch. Maple syrup always has variations, but the Coombs is like an "A" or "A-", on a scale where "A+" is the best you every had.The Escuminac Late Harvest is also quite delicious, but it's more perfumed and vegital, and a tad less maple. We all thought it was delicious, with multiple layers to the flavor, but Coombs is cheaper and has more of a normal, expected, comforting maple flavor.

Unlike the maple syrup we used to get from the grocery store, this has great robust maple flavor. Nice and thick, slowly spreading out on our pancakes or waffles....yum! I swear you can taste the quality. My wife was not happy I spent this much on syrup, now she asked me top order more, so, this is our second order. Also very nice to know how clean and organic their process is....it truly is worth a bit extra cost for this excellent maple syrup. Go for the robust dark syrup, you will not be disappointed.

This was first time ordering your syrup, I was hesitant because I usually buy grade B. However I'm very satisfied with the strong maple flavor especially on my pancakes. I haven't had a chance to bake with it as yet, but I'm almost certain the flavor will carry through when I do. Since I had run out of syrup, your prompt delivery was very welcome as well.

My husband is Canadian. Actually purchased other Canadian maple syrup to do blind taste test and Escuminac wins out all the time.

I love maple. LOVE maple. Escuminac maple syrup has taken me to an entirely new level of maple love. This syrup is thick and the flavor sublime. I poured some into a shot glass for a little taste and was completely blown away by the complexity and depth of flavor. My partner tasted it and yelled "Buckwheat pancakes!" I made them and the syrup was perfect on them, although I must say, I can certainly envision myself sitting in front of the fire in winter sipping Escuminac maple syrup out of a shot glass. It's just that good!
