I'm very happy with this bowl. I use it mainly to make Italian meringue macaron and it's perfect for this quantity of egg white (55 g or 75 g).I find it very convenient to have an extra bowl as well. I wouldn't use it to make bread or cake as it is small and flour would spill.But it's perfect for meringues and whipping creams.I only put 4 stars because it's a bit too pricey.The delivery was amazingly fast as always with Amazon.

Make it so much easier to make smaller volumes . Buttercream for example.

I am so pleased I bought this bowl, it is really handy. I find the large bowl with comes with the mixer really quite huge if you only want to do a small amount of anything, this one is just the right size for whipping cream, making small amounts of icing etc - I even made meringues using 4 egg whites in it yesterday, so it's large enough but not vast and fits in dishwasher a lot easier than the big one. Good buy and really glad I bought it although expensive for what it is so get someone to buy it for you as a present :)

I didn’t know I needed this until I got it - really good for making dough and for making icing when your other bowl isn’t washed up from making the cake!

Nice shiny bowl, perfect for smaller mixes.

Good for buttercream and other smaller baking projects where you don't need the enormous bowl that comes with your Kitchenaid.

Great second bowl. Thought it was larger but does the job.
