Mask Liner for Amara View CPAP Mask/Airfit F30 & Dreamwear Full Face - One Size Fits All

I have an F30 mask and have bought these liners from Silentnight at 6 quid each which only last for a week and are rough on the skin, then from Padacheek a piece of cloth with a few holes cut in it for 40 quid! Then I thought, hang on, I could do that much cheaper. I just need it to protect my skin from the mask so I borrowed a cotton face mask from my sister and she cut two holes for nose and mouth, clipped it over my ears then put the F30 over it. Works fine. You can get them for 1 or 2 quid and they are washable. Give it a try.

I have sleep apnea and sometimes my C-Pap mask irritates my face. I bought these hoping they would help with this problem and overall they work great. Price seems a little high for something simple, but I am happy to be able go out everyday without a red face! Highly recommend!

I've been using CPAP with Remzzz liners for a year. Liners are great for increasing comfort, improving fit, reducing air leaks and red marks in the morning. When I recently changed to the Amara View mask I couldn't find Remzzz for it, but I did find the Silent Nights and immediately bought a pack.Pros: Fit very well and are easy to apply. The sticky tabs are easy to place and hold the liner very snugly and were smooth against my face.Cons: 1) Pricey. You only get 4 liners in a pack, one a week for 4 weeks, or about $7.50 each, or more if one gets accidentally ruined. 2) Funky odor. There's a distinctly unpleasant odor that you notice as soon as the mask & liner are on your face. Maybe the it's the antibacterial chemicals in the Silent Nights that make them smell bad. (Remzzz have no odor.) Since I'd already bought them and didn't have any others, I decided to see if I could get used to the odor or if it would dissipate. It didn't. 3) Allergic reaction. About 20 minutes after I put mask with liner on my face, my face began to itch directly under the liner. I immediately removed and discarded the liner and washed my face and mask. The itching went away. I'm thankful I hadn't fallen asleep with it yet or it could've been worse. 4) Although Silent Night's return policy states they will accept returns for defective merchandise, they refused my claim. Obviously the product contains a component that provokes allergy in some people.You may like the funky odor and may not itch, but if you do, Silent Night doesn't care.By the way, this is the first time in over 10 yrs of being a frequent Amazon customer that I've been refused a return by a 3rd party company. However, I filed a claim with Amazon and they prompted credited me the full purchase price. Anyone want some stanky, itchy mask liners?

I have bought these consistently for several years. While the other reviews mentioning that they do not fit perfectly are true, I became something of an expert at applying them - it helps to use your finger to push the fabric into place before you actually stick them to your mask. Also, you can reach under the edges to adjust the material once you've got your mask in place.However, I have always felt like $24 for 4 was kind of crazy expensive, especially since you're supposed to change them so frequently. Nonetheless, I still preferred them to the other alternatives, and just didn't replace them as often as the instructions say to.In the past several months, though, the quality has dramatically declined. While I obviously can't tell exactly what changed, it feels like they changed what adhesive they use. The tabs now come off the mask so much sooner. It could've been a cost-saving practice, but intended or not, it forces you to replace them so much sooner.I will be seeking out alternatives because while $6 per liner was steep, it didn't feel totally unreasonable for changing them out every 2-3 weeks. Now, however, I'm lucky to get a few days out of them. It's been hard to find a cloth liner to fit the Amara view but at this point, that seems like the best option.I will be looking for alternatives

I like this product it fits my mask perfectly. And it’s made of soft material the holes line up perfectly on my mask. The adhesive tape sticks great.

This CPAP mask liner suffers from insufficient specialization. It is designed to fit one or more CPAP mask products from each of three different CPAP mask manufacturers. I use it with the medium-wide DreamWare full face mask. To work most effectively, the liner needs to be trimmed to fit the mask. Each different combination of size and manufacturer probably needs to be trimmed differently. This should be the responsibility of the manufacturer, not the user.There is a warning in the instructions that says that the adhesive strips might not stick to the soft silicone rubber as well as it does to the harder plastic in the frame. The only problem with that is that much of the area available for attaching the liner to the mask is made of soft silicone rubber. To be fair, nothing sticks particularly well to silicone rubber. However, for an invention to be successful, it needs to find ways around such problems. Who says that adhesive strips at the extreme edges of the liner are the only way to attach it to the mask?From a comfort point of view, I find that the lower edge of the liner, which rests against my chin below my lower lip, has a tendency to wind up in my mouth. This is especially true when the trimming has not been done in the best way.Perhaps there is not a big enough market to support such improvements in design and manufacturing. However, I find the DreamWear full face mask to be the most comfortable CPAP mask I have used, and I have been using a CPAP mask for perhaps ten years. The liner eliminates a certain amount of irritation caused by the soft silicone rubber. Perhaps I am more sensitive to this irritation than others but, if so, why is anyone else using liners? I think that if these liners were as well designed and manufactured as the masks with which they are used, the market would open up and gladly reward the required hard effort.
