I have the misfortune of having problems on both sides of my elbow joint - so tennis elbow and golf elbow, although I play neither! This was giving me real problems at work even with a gel pad to support my forearm on the desk. This support doesnt exactly look pretty and wasnt always easy to use depending on what I was wearing to work. However it WORKED GREAT and is the only thing that has worked for me - apart from small movement exercises I found on the internet to strengthen the muscles around my forearm. Since recovering this joint I have been able to use small hand weights to strengthen muscles from shoulder to the elbow and from the elbow to the wrist in an effort to support the joint better. This has worked for me. It is worth a try if you are suffering from the nagging pain in your elbow. I alternated the pressure point between the front and the back of the joint until it was recovered. It only took a few weeks which was a miracle.

I bought this item for my ongoing elbow pain, I have tennis elbow and the pain is constant, I rarely have any "good days" because I am a cleaner, so I keep on aggravating it whenever I go to work.This is a nice item, it looks quite cool on unlike some of the other more unsightly braces. It seems to help with the pain, however the one thing I dont like about it is that the material that is in contact with the skin gets really wet and sweaty. I only work for three house a day, and I have several other braces, none of which get as yucky as this one. Apart from this it does the job that it is intended for.

I am known not to bother posting reviews but this one! Oh my! I have been suffering from pain in my elbow for the past month and it has increasing to the point I had to leave the arm resting while using the computer mouse with left hand and consistently massaging the arm I had pain on. I researched a little bit watched a Youtube video and it convinced me about buying this one [mostly for not restricting blood circulation].. the price seemed high [it actually is for what the item cost to manufacture] but.. and here is the best part.. the instant I put this on, the pain disappeared and it has gone for the past 8 hours [of course I am not forcing with lifting weights etc.. just the 27/7 pain I had before for any movement I made that was making me crazy]. So yeah, I llllllove it and couldn't recommend it more! Happy days =^_^=

I had been suffering with pain in my elbow for nearly two years. Nothing seemed to work, the doctor told me I had golfers elbow and it would take a great deal of time to get better. So, I tracked down this Band-it as I was not going to wait any longer to get help with the pain and pain killers were not helping.This is absolutely the best device I have ever purchased!!!!!! I wore the band for two and a half months everyday and the pain started to go, I was so happy and amazed. Now I am in to the third month and I have to wear the band every other day. There is no more pain, just a slight ache if I do not wear the band for a few days (like over a weekend).I would highly recommend this band if you have tennis or golfers elbow!!!!! It is the best £20 I have ever spent.

I was very skeptical about this working but felt I had nothing to lose. I had the exact same pain in my right inner elbow before ( known as golpher's elbow ) and it restricted me doing bicep exercises in the gym and it took about a year to heal. I was so frustrated when the same pain occurred in my left arm and was resigned to having to wait a year again for it to heal. I bought this but as I said I was very skeptical. After wearing it every day I almost immediately was able to do bicep exercises again with reduced pain. After a month or so my elbow started to improve and I was able to get away with wearing it less and less and now after only a few months I've stopped wearing it completely and the pain and discomfort has disappeared. I don't know how or why it works but it does and I'm very pleased I got this.
