No Hassle Fiber Supplement
Most of us need extra fiber. Today's foods are over-processed and generally don't provide all the fiber we need. These capsules are a painless, tasteless way to get 3 different varieties of fiber easily. Just swallow 3 capsules and make sure to drink water afterwards. No bad tastes, no bad textures, no awkward gritty drinks. You get a little over 3 months worth of capsules for $20. They're relatively affordable and they work. You will notice a difference.

Not sure
These are easy to swallow, no aftertaste. I did not notice them working quickly. They do work eventually. So, I am not sure what quick release means. The quantity is great.- bottle contains 400. Serving size is 3 which is the only con. Easier to consume than drinking fiber. Would recommend.

Excellent fiber complex and helps with morning routine
So what does fiber supplement do? Practically, it's a polymer compound that absorbs large quantity of water (and get larger) and it does provide some volume that doesn't digested easily so thus inducing bowel movement. (Meaning, you can pxxp bettter in theory.) This capsule is made with simple ingredients mainly with psyllium husk and oat bran. So here is what I think.Taste:As someone may already know, psyllium husk powder is not necessarily very enjoyable thing to eat. They are practically tasteless just very subtle bitter aftertaste. The problem is texture, it is quite slimy and I personally don't like it. This one comes in capsule, so you don't have to go through that. Lovely. It doesn't have weird after taste or "scent from the stomach" as well.Size:To me, it was fine to swallow, it is slightly smaller than the conventional supplement pills. But the serving size is 3. So I guess there is a pros and cons. It is near Costco size (400 pills) for $18, so it's not so expensive as well.Effectiveness:I could feel it really helps with the "morning-routine" that I cannot write too direct. It induced good bowel movement. This is all I can say.Buy this if you need: a convenient, natural supplement for your shorter residence in bathroomDon't if you have: no problem there

Great source of fiber - tasteless inexpensive and effective
If you take Psyllium fiber, it can be a pain in the butt (pun intended) to take. You can mix the husks with water and try to drink it down, but with this pill, it's much, much easier. You simply swallow a large pill and you've had enough fiber in your diet. The same side effects (gas bloating) can happen with the pill than with other forms of fiber like gummies or water soluble drinks but this is a lot easier to take. Just put it with your other vitamins and it's convenient and effective - it works and for this price, it's a much more cost effective way to take psyllium fiber than other methords. Cheap, convenient and easy way to get more than your daily recommended dose of fiber.

Convenient source of Fiber
TLDR: Great way to get your fiber while “on the go”.My wife is a big fan of fiber. In addition to the usual foods we eat, she likes to take supplemental fiber every day. But that’s often an issue when we travel, as carrying around a big tub of fiber can prove problematic.Carlyle Fiber Complex neatly solves that problem for her. She can toss a handful of capsules into a sandwich baggie and toss it into her luggage. Good to go.The product ticks off all the boxes for me: UL and cGMP certified US based facilities, non-GMO, and minimal ingredients that all check out on the Environmental Working Group Website as low risks for cancer, allergens, reproductive and developmental toxicity, and use restrictions.Probably the only downside is that the capsules are a bit large for her. That aside, this is a fine product at a reasonable price given the convenience. It’s a better deal to get your fiber from your diet, and big tub sources of fiber are more cost effective, but there is no arguing with the convenience that Carlyle Fiber Complex provides.

Work really well if used as directed
Getting enough fiber in your diet can be very difficult. Fiber supplements can be a pain to use. Psyllium fiber works best for me, but requires that you consume a lot of capsules, or mix a large amount of powder in water. The gummies generally use inulin and don't seem to work as well. So, it can really be a challenge to get all of the fiber you need every day. This product mixes 3 types of fiber, both soluble and insoluble, into a reasonable 3 capsule dose that is easy to consume. These are fast acting, so you can take them any time. This is by far the most convenient way I have found of getting supplemental fiber. As long as you remember to consume plenty of water throughout the day (a must anytime you are taking large amounts of fiber) these should work very well. The combination of different fiber types provides you with the benefits of each type. And the price is very reasonable.Highly recommend.

Very Convenient
These are a very convenient way to top off my daily dietary fiber. I do get some fiber in my diet so I don't necessarily feel the need to use 3 of these capsules a day which is the recommended dose. But even at 3 a day, the 400 capsules in the bottle will last for 133 days which makes this a pretty good value for a quick and easy way to get more fiber. These are definitely more convenient than trying to mix powder into water. The capsules are on the large side, but I didn't have any issues swallowing them (one at a time) and I didn't notice any taste or aftertaste. These are also made in the USA, which is a plus, and don't have a lot of extra unwanted ingredients. They are also well safety-sealed, have a manufacturing lot number, and an expiration date that is a couple years in the future.
