Naturally Good!
My “Go To” chocolate pudding- no garbage additives like glucose, dextrose, fructose, etc. It costs more, but everything healthy does. And, yes, it still tastes good!

Lumpy and grainy
The taste of this pudding was a bit sweet but it tasted nice. The only problem I have was that it was lumpy and grainy. It never turned to smooth pudding, even after whisking it was electric mixer. If you’re into a lumpy grainy pudding then this is for you!

Perfect more natural pudding!
So we have food allergies and try to eat super healthy. Pudding that comes anywhere close to meeting all that is hard to find ha ha. So.. I actually really liked this! It did not ever get 100% lump free but I used it for a pie and no one knew any difference !! My teenager even gladly ate the small leftover portion and said it was great!

Flavor could be stronger
As you can see from my picture, my pudding (made with 2% milk) did not turn out as dark as the item's picture in the description. The instant pudding was easy to make and different methods to make it. I had never seen an instant pudding suggest a hand mixer (but I usually make the cook and serve variety) so I got put my mixer and beat it on low for 1 1/2 min. as suggested. It ended up very mousse like with freckles of chocolate powder. I refrigerated it for a bit, then took it out and beat with a fork as suggested if there were any lumps. It helped deflate the mousseness and the freckles disappeared. The 4 cup bowl was full when I stopped beating, you can see how much it deflated in the photo when I used the fork. It's still a pretty fluffy pudding, maybe it wouldn't be if a whisk or fork were used from the start. So, easy to make and the flavor is OK. Note, it's only vegan as long as you don't make it with milk, so not sure why they tout that fact.

Great taste and no guilt
We love having a pudding option that is free from artificial flavors and dye. My kids loved making “mud cups” for a nature activity with this pudding.
