Film Posters of the Russian Avant-Garde Hardcover – October 6, 2017

Lovely little book. Great save of a fascinating, ephemeral art movement that could easily have been lost.

I know some may think it's a bit too small, but it was a good size for me. It has tons of design. I loved it.

If you want to be inspired by old Russian movie poster, this is it chief!

For a "graphics" book full of and all about visuals, I expected the book to be a lot bigger in size (should've checked details), also because one reviewer described it as a huge book. What that reviewer meant, come to find out, is that its super thick. True, it's a really cool book, but I was hoping it was more coffee-table style, as the images are incredibly vivid, engaging and graphically cool as hell all around.Also, arrived promptly and perfectly in tact from seller.

Excellent book! Great detail on the creators of some of the best movie posters in history. Includes photo prints of many of the best posters.
