Didn't find it soft at all plus there are quite a few breaks in the yarn

THEY SEND THE WRONG COLOUR
Twice I was sent the wrong colour. First time customer service promised me it would be right next time, try again. After getting the wrong colour a second time I gave up and bought locally. Looking at the yarn, this may have been fortunate as it is not very good quality. I bought Threads and Loops in Michaels, which was cheaper AND better.

Quality of yarn
I was happy with the product overall but I thought it wasn't quite soft enough for the children's beanies I was making. I think it's good quality and I loved the colours.

yarn is a gorgeous color of navy. EVEN THOUGH THE DESCRIPTION SAYS LEMON. not too dark or too light, just perfect. super soft, easy to work with. fast delivery, super friendly and courteous delivery driver. you can't go wrong with this wool, get some today.
