The "Naked" variety is my favourite meal replacement so far, and very good value
This is currently my favourite protein shake for weight loss. I used Almased and SlimFast Vitality in the past, plus a number of others that are not even worth mentioning.This one has a number of advantages:- no soy (so no worries about the potential presence of phytoestrogens)- higher protein (particularly if compared to SlimFast, which is particularly poor)- lower fat, and much lower sugar content- hence, considerably fewer calories per meal, which leaves some room for fruit or some other healthy "real" food; definitely more suitable for weight loos- easier to prepare (only need the powder and water, unlike Almased that requires oil, or SlimFast vitality that requires milk)- the composition is pretty clean, not much else other then protein extracts, vitamins, minerals and caffeine sources- ultimately, much better value for the money, and a superior productI tried the vanilla version first, and it was unbearably sweet, I literally could not have it. That was a shame, because it discouraged me from trying other variants for months.Out of frustration with the other meal replacements, I finally tried the "naked" and it's OK, it's a little sweet, but not much more than lactose-free milk, and it tastes somewhat like milk.I would definitely recommend this weight-loos meal replacement above all the others that I've tried.

Stopped Using This
Used different Protein World flavours and found them extremely sweet, some undrinkable. This was the best of the lot but still sweet. I've now stopped using PW as I tried an alternative from Amazon that doesn't really taste sweet, is neutral but creamier and importantly half the price. Crucially though there are none of the unpleasant, uncomfortable and anti-social side effects created with Protein World. From reading reviews I was not the only one to suffer. I'm so glad I checked for alternatives.

Does what it says it will add porridge oats,
Does what it says it will add porridge oats , fruit and veg to make it more substantial otherwise as a meal replacement the weight will pile back on as soon as you stop

Take every day Pre workout and absoloutely loveAdd fruit to make it even more filling :)
