I bought these chews to give me a bit of a boost on my daily 2 hour cardio sessions.They taste great and are easy to digest, but omg the recommended amount is 8- 5 mins before a 45 session, then a further 8 for every 45 mins of exercise!There’s only 16 in a packet- so I’d need a packet a day!!!Too expensive for that- so I’ll have to reconsider my energy chews! 🙈

I put them in my running vest and I had a couple on my long run. When I got home, the rest of them looked very soggy. I wouldn't really take the bag with me a second time unless it's a new one. This has nothing to do with the seller, the description is good.

It's amazing that they can get away with selling this tiny quantity for such a high price.

Taking these as suggested but kept getting cramp and my long run, even at 18 miles and cramps don’t usually come on for me until after 20 without taking any salts
