Nice
Nice, rich chocolate. Melts easy. A little expensive for what it is though, so one star off for that.

Perfect!
I've bought this dark chocolate before, and other than the fact that this pack arrived three days later than stated, the chocolate is scrumptious. I use it in my weekend blueberry & banana pancakes for a lockdown luxury breakfast, and chuck a few in to various other sweet desserts - most recently added a few to my homemade fruit compote which gave it added depth. I've heard that adding chocolate to some meat dishes can be rather effective, but I'll have to leave someone else to report on their findings if they try that. I find the chocolate itself melts very quickly & is very runny compared with some other brands which seem to be thicker when melted, so I add at the very last minute in order to stop it running everywhere.

Good for chocolate fountains
Tried these in my new chocolate fountain. I melted them in a bowl over hot water, will try microwaving next. I used a small amount of sunflower oil to thin the liquid as recommended by the fountain instructions. Result was a very rich dipping liquid. Be warned, it's easy to eat too much and have to spend the next hour recovering from choc overload.Bought more for a treat after a barbecue: result, a dozen happy adults mostly with chocolate dribbles down their fronts. Also some hyped-up kiddies.

Wonderful chocolate.
I got this chocolate, not for a fountain, but for doing my slow-cooker hot chocolate for Christmas. It's a great quality, and I trust the brand after having the milk-chocolate previously. It really is beautiful chocolate, and is a quality that you usually don't get from this price! Very worth it.

Pleasant dark choc taste
I haven't tried it with the fondue but I noticed that I can't atop myself for stealing some pallets on a regular basis. I like the taste and I want to coat some dry fruits when I finally get a chance to melt it

Nice and dark
I melted this bag of chocolate buttons in a pan of boiling water and then just poured it into the chocolate fountain. With the heat from the fountain it stayed molten and not too hot. It did not overheat or burn.So easy to use, I didn't have to use any oil or anything else.Don't let it set in the fountain, unless you want to spend an hour cleaning. Pour off as much as possible before it cools. This dark chocolate took longer to melt than the white and milk chocolates and had quite a bitter taste. Went well with marshmallows and very sweet strawberries.
