I will update this review once I complete the full jar, however, so far after taking this for 4 days these have been excellent.I am amazed at how well they have solved my issue, which is:After I eat lunch (only lunch for some reason not other meals) I get some sort of blood sugar spike.I have not talked to a doctor about this yet. Don't know much about it.The feeling during this spike is awful. I cannot really describe it, but I am tired and jittery at the same time, with some feeling of physical stress. It's such a nuisance that I often don't want to have lunch to avoid it.I took this supplement a few hours before my lunch at around 12p, then had lunch at around 2p.The change was amazing. No issues AT ALL. I feel totally normal.I can't believe I have suffered from this for so many years.

It really has helped me with reducing dizziness and has helped my blood to become red again! When I took Berberine by itself, it wasn't enough. And it was the same with the Ceylon Cinnamon. But taking both in the same formula, along with Chromiam really makes a definite difference I am expecting my next lab test to show a lowe A1C!

My husband has severe Type 1 Diabetes. Nothing he did could control the high and low spikes. Since he's been taking GluControl, the spikes are better and it adjusts faster! Will buy for the rest of his life!! I just pray it keeps working.

ok, like most, I had some doubts. I decided to try this one, as it was several dollar's cheaper. Ans if your not assure of a product AND ITS Claims, you would spend less, seems to have same ingredients All I can say ism remember to take before eating breakfast, after breakfast is not the same thing. I bought this to reduce "insulin resistance" how ever its main purpose is for blood sugar. In this respect, it didnt do much for busting my gut. But I think it may have messed with my blood sugar; which I don't need so I stopped taking it. Does it work? Probably but not for what i was trying to do.

I just got these in the mail for my husband and he hasn't used them, so I will update the review after that, but the first impression is a bad one. It's a big bottle only half full? What's the point of wasting the extra plastic? I will be counting these to make sure there are 60..
