Williams and bridges are a great combination in this film

Robin Williams is amazing. Just let the film wash over you (parts of it are a little odd and I nearly gave up), but the central message is worth it. I won’t do a spoiler!

Bridges and Williams make a gallant effort to lift this dreadful Terry Gilliam effort but, sadly, even their combined talents can't make anything good of this.

These are specific comments about the new Criterion edition.The Fisher King is a great film, one of Terry Gilliam's best, and this edition does nothing to change that.The remastered picture and soundtrack are first rate. The director's commentary is welcome. The additional interview features are all worth watching.What is surprising is the lack of subtitles on the feature: my ancient DVD of this film had them, so why not this?There also seems to be some odd navigation errors around the extras. A minor quibble, but I expected better from a Criterion release.

I love this film it is one of my favourite films of all time very good story excellent blu Ray plenty of extras on it well worth the money top class acting from Jeff bridges and the late great robin Williams and the rest of the cast

Just an all around great film. Full excellent characters, Terry's signature quirkiness with deep heartfelt moments. Excellent acting from everyone involved and a fun yet sad tale for a story. The Criterion Collection's Blu-Ray treatment of this film is astounding. This is my first purchase from them and they seem to really treat great films the way every great film should be treated. Excellent supplemental's and art work. The picture quality is the stand out point as it is amazing. You should like if you're a fan of Terry Gilliam's work, and it would be hard not to even if you had never seen any of his films before.

Arrived on time 👍, Terry Gilliam Film Blu-ray Restored 2K digital transfer ,DTS-HD 5-1 surround , This is a brilliant upgrade from DVD to Blu-ray , interviews , good solid Story of Love and Redemption ,if you are a fan it's definitely worth the upgrade , these Criterion Collection are worth the price 😀👍
