Sound is good but extra bass, heavy bass sound, quality of product is not adequate.

I am writing this review after using the product for 10 months. The product worked well for 10 months then the buttons were not working. The device was neither getting charged nor it was getting started. So I claimed their 1 year warranty. Initially they troubled so much for the pictures of the products inspire of sending them clear pictures multiple times. Then when product reached their warehouse, they said your product is physically damaged so u cannot claim the warranty. I sent them pics and videos proving that my product was not physically damaged when I handed over to them but of no use. They have the worst service. If you want to buy headphones for only 8-9 months then you may go ahead, but if doesn't work you have to throw it away because they will neither replace it nor will repair it.
