I never received my first package and when I reached out, they were quick to resolve the matter and got another package out quickly to me! I just received it today and I am very happy with the product. My son is going to live his gift

Once the figurines were unwrapped, several parts were broken and/or popped off. We tried to pop them back on but the pieces would pop off again when handled. The pieces that were broken were at joints that were brittle.

These items arrived in a really small box, unfortunately the foot of the Bunny figurine came broken.Other than that, they look great, colors are bright, the faces are very detailed. However, I think the way they were shipped is too small and caused the broken piece to be shipped.

When received items, one of moon drop's legs wasn't attached and once opened we found out it had 2 of the left leg so had to put it on backwards with feet in 2 different directions. Disappointing as it was given by my son as a gift.

Out of the five of these that the recipient of this gift has played with, two of them have broken joint pieces. The ones that broke just fell apart when they were picked up. The first one that broke also happened to be their favorite character. The quality of these could be wayyyy better. It is neat that they light up. The fact that these break so easily is really bad because I thought it would be neat to be able to mix the characters up. The fragility of these items makes that a horrible idea.

2nd time purchased and they broke within 10 seconds of opening packages, both times!!!

As others have said, they break easily. I bought them despite the reviews thinking maybe it would be funko brand, where the joints pop in and out. It’s not like that. The housing for the ball joints is what breaks. It’s brittle plastic. Hot glue is the best fix I’ve found so far but definitely a temporary solution as I have to keep reapplying it as they re-break.
