Works great. Quality product, easy to clean with soap and water. I use to hold down bacon and sandwiches . Never realized I needed this . Size is a bit small so I do need to move it around when cooking bacon.

Cooking cast-iron flattening device
Cooking press for hamburger or whatever you wanna put on it to make it flat like bacon etc. it helps keep hamburgers from flipping up or if you’re cooking a steak it helps keep it from coming up on the ends

This product is sturdy and well made and the quality was impressive given the price. I use it most for pressing smash burgers- works great. Also great for crisping curled ends of bacon and searing steaks on a flat griddle. Highly recommend!
