It's purpose

Drinking this stuff is a job for a savage. I buy fish oil as it seemed to help reduce inflammation and joint pain, this product did just that.But I would recommend buying fish oils in gelatine form. The reason for this isnt just for taste, but the packaging sucks. The surface of my supplement cupboard was sticky as hell and smelt horrible as any leakage of this stuff can ruin whatever it touches.Like I states, it does what it says but it doesnt tell you about the impracticability.

great fish oil lots of fatty omega 3 which is great! allthough for any one wanting to buy this be aware its is very fishy as such take something strong right after if the taste is to much!
