The autonomy this book allows for and the collaborative nature it opens up, through creative exploration, is commendable.
I have used this book with students, young people and adults. As a counsellor, who previously perceived CBT as the enemy, this book has enabled and empowered clients who find verbalising experiences hard. The autonomy this book allows for and the collaborative nature it opens up, through creative exploration, in ways other therapies do not allow for, is commendable. Format aside-perhaps publishers may consider loose ring binder?- I would recommend all helping professions try this, you may surprise yourself. Ruth Netherwood MBACP Integrative Counsellor.

Really liked it and so do my clients
Really liked it and so do my clients. Lovely ideas and therapeutic but not the easiest to photocopy. Would be better as a ring binder.

Mainly just pictures to colour and not worksheets
As a therapist I thought this would be good for clients, however it more like an expensive colouring book. There is a section with very good and interesting worksheets, however, you then the get WHOLE alphabet to colour and 24 pictures, it's expensive for that. However, the fact that you can download the sheets is a plus.
