Duncurin has been fortunate to have reviewed one or two of these “sonic” toothbrushes. Once used, I think you are hooked and you will never want either a manual or another sort of electric brush. Sadly though Duncurin found that the toothbrushes only have a life of maybe 2 years before they fail. I managed to open one or two (!) and tried to replace the batteries inside and although this is possible it seems that the problem is not so much the battery but the fact that water sooner or later has entered.. I bought my wife a nice pink one from one of the premium manufacturers and she used hers for about 4 years before it failed. Duncurin saw this rather inexpensive offering on Amazon and thought he’d give it a go. It’s a nice toothbrush to hold with a nice weight in one’s hand. I like the tactile finish and the chromed insert as well as of course the nice blue colour. The brushes fit well and securely and have a good reach inside one’s mouth with a choice of cleaning brushing programmes - Duncurin tends to just use the bog-standard “clean” setting. I bought it in May but by November it was refusing to charge and though I tried alternative wireless chargers it would not re-charge. The narrative these days of course with products from China especially is that they may be inexpensive but they won’t last long. I was ready to throw it out when I noticed an email address on the box containing the brush heads. I emailed them and within 24hrs had a response to tell me not to worry , that it was covered by their guarantee and they would send a replacement if I would only tell them which colour I wanted. Sure enough a couple of days later a new brush arrived, from Amazon, which is taking charge nicely and is working really well. Okay, it is early days and it may well be that this brush too has a finite lifespan. This being said, purchase cost is very reasonable and the manufacturers seem very keen to stand by their guarantee. Many thanks for excellent and prompt service.

Super cheap and is powerful. Battery life is much better than expensive electric toothbrushes I’ve owned before. Easy to use and a nice colour which is always nice

Smart brush with several settings and crucially plenty of spare heads.They are expensive with branded models.Just hope longevity is equal to or better than branded ones.

Hello, I did messenger the seller yesterday, and as yet haven’t replied, I bought this toothbrush for my daughter, last month, and unfortunately the charger doesn’t work, please cud u replace the charger for one that works, please respond. Susanne Turner

I used to buy the regular top brand of Sonic toothbrush and they last 18 months, this has more modes, seems just as effective, comes with a nice set of spare heads and looks nicer.At half the price of the brand I used to buy, if it lasts at least 12 months then it's better value.

This was advertised as good for kids. I bought one for my 9 year old. For starters, the brush heads looked too big to be suitable for a child.Secondly, the vibrations from the brush handle made it uncomfortable to hold for any length of time.Lastly, using it for the first time made her gums bleed.Not happy at all.Potentially it’s a faulty product, as the overall reviews were good.Either way I’ll be seeking a full refund.

I bought 3 of them, one stopped working after 2 month. Not sure wether the charger or the motor is the issue. Other 2 are still running. Battery is really long lasting.

The battery in this toothbrush lasts for so long! It was given as a Christmas present and has only been charged once! Compared to my more expensive branded one which I have to charge weekly this one just keeps going! Many settings for difficult and and a timer. Perfect.

Sometimes it's hard to find replacement brushes. These fit their toothbrush just right!

I purchased an earlier version of this sonic electric toothbrush from a different vendor two+ years ago before the pandemic. Still works, but now unable to switch modes. Ordered this newer version with a coupon and free overnight delivery. Improvements include the small charging dock with usb connection. This one comes with six brushes. I have owned all kinds of $$ brand name brushes, and I much prefer this type. So it won't last forever, but neither did the others. Love the usb charge, and it lasts forever (says 60 days). Don't have to keep it hooked up 24/7 in your bathroom outlet. Brushes are high quality, and they pull straight up to remove, no twisting. When you turn the brush on, you need to click down to your setting. Brush will stay turned on for two minutes and pauses at intervals for different quadrants, but I just do my own thing. If you have never used a sonic brush, you will be shocked at the difference in cleaning power. I recommend starting with "sensitive" until you become accustomed . Prefer to use "clean" but also love "polish" and you feel like you were at the dentist. I traveled with my previous brush, and I never even needed to charge it. Make sure to just use a small amount of water, and don't submerge to wash. Have not had any problems at the dentist, and my teeth and gums look great. This brush has a one year guarantee, and their customer service is great with several reminders of how to reach them with any problem. As I mentioned, my other toothbrush worked 100% for more than two years. Dental care costs a fortune, and prefer this little brush to the $250 version that my dentist tries to sell me.
