I only use a "dab" in the hollow of my eye lid, over a paler shade of blue, and I would say that it is not glittery

Can anyone tell me about the waterproof and staying power? Has anybody wore it while swimming or at the beach or in hot humid conditions?

Hi I have worn it in hot weather and the rain as a busy mum to four. I did my makeup in the morning and it was still on at bedtime when I cleaned my makeup off. It's brilliant and a lovely colour too. Hope this helps I definitely recommend it🤗

Hi I would describe it as "A medium blue really" not dead light and not very dark. Something in between.

Is Pebble Grey matte?

I had the all night blue colour & that is Matt so would imagine the grey would be the same sorry can’t help you more than this!
