Looks great. Package includes Teflon tape and a wrench. Even comes with a little cloth to help prevent scratching from the wrench. Pressure is good. The arms adjust easily. The showerhead angles are endless. The adjustment handle for switching between the showerhead, the wand or combo is smooth and solid. Value is present in every aspect of this item. I highly recommend it.

The shower head and arm look amazing! There are mirror tops. The package includes everything is need it for the installation.The shower performance is nice. It has a nice shower pressure. At the beginning I was a little bit concern since it looks so delicate but so far its being great and even got complements for my amazing new shower from holiday guests. I definitely recommend this. I am thinking of getting another one fr my sons bathroom since he loves the arm feature.

Easy to install. It does leak a little but not horribly. Pressure could be better but it’s not awful.

Quality item, heavy metal, easy to install. Looks great.Couple of observations: the tool provided will scratch the shiny metal. I suggest you use your own tool. Another item not mentioned in the instructions: you need to tighten the two Allen nuts on the side, otherwise it will leak, they didn't provide a tool, use your own. Other than that great shower head looks and feels much more expensive.

Bought this with the hope that it would enhance my shower experience. It did not!!!! It needs a real nut that a real wrench can tighten it fully, not the thin piece of crap they give you. It has just a small area to use that thin wrench which does not handle what needs to be done with the tightening process. The threads are so few that you cannot add a second washer to try and make it work, and the plumber's tape will not do it.I have replaced many shower heads over the years and one thing I do know, this is a piece of junk and for looks they deleted what is truly needed..... a real nut that can have a real wrench tighten it properly, and enough threads to add a washer if needed. Do not buy this!

Very good product for the price. Easy to install, fancy and stylish outlook. Excellent water flow. The rain shower is awesome. I recommend this product.

First off this product is worth the money! I’ve never had a shower head that quite literally covers my entire body in water! I feel spa treatment 100% of the time! I love how there is a spray hose attached which helps with rinsing my toddler off after a bath and rinsing my tub after every use! Def worth it!

Looks great but works even better. I liked it so much, I bought a second one for our guest bath and everyone whose used it, loves it.The rainshower head is wide so you get water across a large area above your body coming down softly as you'd hope for in a head like this. The second head has a lot more concentrated power. It is nice to have both options that both work to perfection.
