does the 'no handle' version actually need handles to be added? or is it one of those push to open type cupboards?

My vanity had handles. You definitely need handles to open and close the doors.

Can I buy the unit without the sink please?

It is not currently listed on its own but I have asked for this to be done. As soon as its on Amazon we will let you know

Could I screw something on the bottom. I would need to raise it 3 or 4 cm

Sorry, we haven't got this - ours is the long wall cabinet.

I already have this unit in home I just bought but large crack in the sink is it possible to buy just the sink plz ?

Unfortunately we do not stock the basin separate, I do apologise.
