Great product
Use these colours all the time. Much better than using candy melts when making cake pops & ideal for colouring chocolate for cake decorations.

Colours not true
Bought this set to colour candy melts/white chocolate cake covering. I was disappointed for a number of reasons. Firstly the bottles are only half full so you are not getting all you think you are getting. Secondly and most importantly the colours are not true. The red is a dark pinkish red and no matter how much you add you always end up with a brownish hue. The Wilton candy melts are also that colour so it's not me and my inexperience but a manufacturing issue. (I may be new at colouring chocolate but I am an old hand at colour mixing due to my art background.) I tried the blue today and used just a tiny amount but the result was turquoise rather than baby blue. The orange is punchy and contains more red tones than the red. However, it is possible to achieve an agreeable orange even if a bit datker than the colour on oranges and carrots. I am yet to try the yellow or to combine colours. Not sure if I can add photographs of the finished colourings but even if I do, what you'll see will depend on your screen resolution etc. Final comment is if you put too much colour in, it will make your chocolate too soft and it won't dry to a nice crisp shell. I am happy to hear from others that are using these colours and may have had a different experience to mine. :-)

Review
They were easy to use. I would recommend using a droplet though. Itโs very pigment and stains a little. I had to use a magic eraser to clean my counter.
