We had a damp problem in the house. It was getting worse by the day so we knew we needed something robust. This humidifier does the job beautifully and is only a few pence an hour to run. My only criticism is that it is very noisy.

I bought 2 of these dehumidifiers & one didn’t work properly.AMAZON opened a communication line for me with the supplier Energy Bulbs who couldn’t have been more helpful.The original packaging had been discarded (a lesson learned) but Honeywell are a good make & no problems were anticipated. We sourced a box & carefully packed up the faulty unit. Energy bulbs supplied a return label to print off & our local Post Office was the courier pick up point.After 8 days the replacement was delivered to our home, Energy Bulbs having kept me informed of the progress.A great way to do business & made this customer feel appreciated.I can’t recommend the Honeywell dehumidifier enough or this supplier.

Initially performed well but has suddenly stopped working properly for no apparent reason after just a month or so of use.

It works well but too noisy

Bought this about a month ago. It's being used around the house on a daily basis and doing a great job, not just at removing moisture, but also at purifying the air. Windows that used to be covered in moisture every morning are now completely dry. One little inconvenience perhaps. Some people might find this model quite heavy. Other than that, it's perfect.

Replaced a similar, very old dehumidifier and overall this is pretty impressive: quieter, less power consumption, some good, easy to use timers.Only minor niggle is that I do NOT have this piped in and need to empty the caddy a couple of times every day and it is not designed for this to be done easily - the plastic lid either needs to be removed (fairly fiddly) or it means you have a large sink available as it splashes everywhere as it sluices through the small gaps around the lid.Still using it, but tempted to hack a pouring hole into the side of the lid!

Very easy to use. Dries my washing hanging on ceiling airer in record time and much cheaper than using a tumble dryer. Easily moveable if needed.

Wish we our bought one of these years ago, mould and condensation have been a constant battle each winter but this has made a huge difference. Easy to set up and use, portable enough to move from room to room and you can see the amount of water it extracts from the home each time it's emptied.

Everything as described, only the drain tube does not work as it should. ~ 70% of the water goes to the tank, the rest leaks out through the pipe.

Silenzioso. Comprato per la camera da letto odorante di muffa oramai da molto tempo. L’odore è sparito in 24 ore. L’umidità è tornata alla normalità dopo 3 giorni. Lo uso tutti i giorni e lo sposto facilmente in tutte le stanze. Viene consegnato con la presa UK e quindi ho acquistato un adattatore. È perfetto per le mie esigenze ed ho risolto velocemente il mio problema.
