If you want a coconut whipped cream without waiting overnight for cans to separate you can use this. 50-50 by weight with warm water in a blender to dissolve, freeze a few mins to cool before whisking or place over an ice bowl to whip. Delicious, and none of that metallic taste you get with the cans. Makes an awesome coconut milk too, as long as you dissolve in warm or hot water first then cool it if that's what you need. The fat needs to melt if you want a lump free mix. Recommended.

I was originally disappointed as I hadn't read the ingredients properly (not sellers fault!) The 3% tapioca sugar added to help it remain a powder bumps up the carb levels quite a bit (now that I've started on low carb I notice these things!)I decided to make kefir out of it and aOMG it is incredible!! The kefir eats up most of the carbs/sugar and leaves this rich, creamy delicious, tangy, thin yoghurt like drink. (You can add a few drops of stevia and some berries ... so delicious!In fact... the extra tapioca carbs probably increases the probiotics in the final product as it gives it something to eat.Happy!Also I've used this seller for so many organic items, they always deliver very quickly and have fresh products at good prices.

I often find myself with part opened cans of coconut milk left over, which get shoved to the back of the fridge and then thrown away so thought I would give this a try. First impressions - it's a solid block rather than a powder, which makes getting the right amount off the block pretty difficult. After much banging of the pack, I now have a powder with large lumps through it, but at least it's usable.Once you have pieces you can actually use, it does disolve pretty well in warm water, and the flavour is excellent. It takes up far less room in my kitchen cupboards than the large number of tins I had to store before

This packet was very hard and I assumed that it was because it had been vacuum packed. When I opened the packet it was a solid hard lump not a powder. I tried to hack lumps out to dissolve in hot water, with a large knife, but had to give up as it was getting a bit dangerous! Not happy, contacted seller who replied that it would soften in a warm place. Well, it has been sitting in my warm kitchen for 3 days and has not softened at all and I am concerned that if it was left sitting in a warm place it may go off. Won’t be buying again.

Tastes at least as good as canned coconut milk, easy to use with a bit of warm or hot water, better for the environment, non harmful looking additives for the pulverised quality, i hope this gets more popular, to create a cheaper price and local sellers. Im all for simpliciy in my food, this definitely simplifies the process of opening tins, recycling tins, boiling fluid coconut milk for better consistency, tin toxicity and environment effect and additives, carrying the water weight etc etc. Highly recommended

This coconut milk tastes absolutely superb - the best powdered milk I've used, rich and flavoursome.The downside of the high coconut oil content is that it arrived as one huge 1 kg rock-hard solid lump! I literally need to use a hammer and chisel to break chunks off! Thankfully even big lumps do disolve quickly in hot water.

Really great product, super easy to control the consistency from water to milk. I use it regularly to add flavour and depth to soups and I absolutely love that it has no weird thickeners or carageean in it. I also really like that it takes up way less room than cans of coconut milk/cream, it's cheaper than buying cans here and you can just use as much as you need without having to think up a way to use up the rest of a can (okay.. so that's not especially difficult!)

I got this for my trip - it is difficult to find milk alternatives for my coffee in a rural area. This product is made well, but this is more oil than milk. Coffee with this powder reminds me of 'bulletproof diet' which didn't fit me. The powder dissolves well.
