SOS Cleanse, Facial Cleanser 50ml

This cleanser is creamy when pumped out and as you massage on to your face it feels gel like and creamy, it stays wet on your face for a, while so if you like yo you rechargeable silicone cleansing devices it stays wet enough for a good 3-5 minute cleanse.My skin feels gorgeous after using this cleanser, I don't use it every day I use it when I feel like my skin is a little dry so I guess I'm using it as a treatment cleanser and this suits me fine. You don't need much, I use two pumps to cleanse my face and neck and it's plenty.This cleanser would be ideal for pretty much all skin types because it's unperfurmed, gentle and moisturising. Even oily skin would benefit from using this because it won't strip your natural oils but will cleanse thoroughly yet gently.It is more expensive than I'd usually pay but if I use it as I am now as a treatment cleanser when my skin feels dry it would last a while. I usually use cleansing bars so I'm used to them lasting ages. I still think at £15 this is good value and a the family coukd use it, I'd say its gentle enough to a baby's skin too.

Really great cleanser which I’ve used for few days. I like it because it’s gentle on the skin and doesn’t give any stinging sensation or strong smell. The ingredients are excellent and very effective.I love that it is formulated without any irritating additions and no added fragrance, which is perfect for all skin types. Although it is fragrance-free, the actual cleanser does not smell unpleasant. The bottle is very handy and dispenses a good amount with one pump (enough for a full-face) without squirting everywhere, which is a bonus. The packaging looks very clinical, but honestly, I quite like that.The cleanser itself has a very light consistancy. I prefer to apply to my skin directly and then wipe it away with a dampened microfibre cloth to really get all the unwanted stuff off my face. It's a pleasant texture that isn't too thick or too thin and spreads well. Afterwards, my skin never feels that awful dry, "tight" mask feeling that some cleansers give; instead, it is very soft and supple.Overall it is a good cleanser but very pricey as you get only 50 ml.

I have been using SOS clean for a few days now as part of my daily morning and evening routine. My first impressions were mixed as I more used to foaming rinse off mousse or gels .This lightweight 50 ml cream/gel is simply packaged, quite pricey with a lovely blue daisy scent and really different upon application compare to other face cleansers .I applied one pump as directed on dry skin and I was really surprised to see the gel immediately melting away and just wondered at that point if I was using a cleanser. Rinsing off with warm water left my skin super soft/silky but with a slight oily residue. I had the same results with double cleansing and didn’t have this clean/fresh feeling even though I had no trace of make up left.My skin definitely felt deeply hydrated with zero irritation but my serum and daily moisturizer didn’t absorb properly leaving my skin shiny all day. Using this cleanser at night was also an issue as I didn’t feel that my skin was deeply cleaned and totally free from oil and grime before applying my face oil.Unfortunately this cleanser is not for me and certainly not for my skin type. The cleansing formulation doesn’t offer the deep cleanse I was expecting and also doesn’t help at all to prime and prepare my skin for my other skincare products.However, I would recommend this product because this is a super gentle/moisturizing cleanser with no parabens or nasty chemicals added to it. Ideal also for sensitive/irritated/problematic skin or if you don’t need to use any moisturizer or make up after cleaning your face.Thank you for taking the time to read my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

A good cleansing foam. Feels great in the skin and seems to keep my face hydrated.

This is a very gently lightweight cleanser, in fact it is so lightweight when I first used it I wasn’t sure it had done the job, so I followed up with another cleanser. I need not have bothered as I soon found my skin was perfectly clean! So, even though it feels so light it still gives a good clean. I find this cleanser I like to use on days when my skin is feeling a bit stressed out as it is soothing. I also like the pump bottle as it is easy to dispense the amount you want, I must admit I am not overly enamoured with the fragrance, it’s not horrible, just a bit odd, which is strange as it states ‘without fragrance’ on the description. Whilst this is a nice enough cleanser, I wouldn’t say it was my favourite ever although, as I say, it is nice to have to use on SOS (stressed out skin!) days. I think it is a bit overpriced and it’s hard to tell how long it will last as the bottle is very light due to the nature of the product.
