Q: Can I put this on the inside of the roof or must it go on the outside, just thinking it will be hard for me to get high enough from the outside?

I put it on the inside of the conservatory roof and it has worked very well. It has cut out all of the glare and heat from the sun.

Q: How easy to remove in winter?

No need to remove it - just leavebit up year round. Still some warmth comes through in winter despite the reflective paint.

Q: Can it be used on exterior of polycarbonate conservatory roof?

Hi Karen, we painted the roof of our conservatory (which is polycarbonate) on the exterior with 2 coats and haven't had any problems. It's so easy to apply. I used a roller and a brush around the edges. It's like painting emulsion on walls. It does make it slightly darker inside but that was the idea to stop it getting so hot in the sun.
